Luxury en-suite room with king size bed is £110 for two people sharing.
For single occupancy a discount of £30 applies.
For a third person sharing the family room there is an extra charge of £40.
Dining
Two or three course dinners including a selection of tea and fresh coffee are available but must be booked in advance. Price £30 for three courses and £25 for two courses. We use seasonal and local produce wherever possible.
We do not have a licence but you are welcome to bring your own wine.

- To confirm your reservation we require a 20% deposit. This is not refundable should you cancel the booking unless we are able to re-
let the room. In the event of cancellation the following fees will be levied: within 7 days of arrival, one nights stay becomes payable; within 3 days prior to arrival date the full amount becomes payable. We will do our best to re- let your room/rooms, and should we succeed cancellation charges will not apply. - We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.
- Check in is from 4pm and no later than 9pm unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance
- Check out is by 10am.
- Birchwood is a non-smoking establishment and a £250 fine will be levied on any guests who smoke in the house.
- We regret that we are unable to take pets.
- We welcome young people over 10 years.
- We currently have no credit card facilities and would ask you to use cash or cheque made payable to Jenny O’Dell.
